What is this charge?
DIETPROF SUBSCRIPTION is the payment for your personalised diet plan subscription purchased through dietprof.com.
Diet Prof provides an online diet programme prepared according to your height, weight, goal and habits. You will see this description on your card statement for as long as your subscription continues.
You may see two different names
On your card activity you may come across either of these:
- DIETPROF SUBSCRIPTION
- DIETPROF.COM PLAN
Both belong to the same service: your Diet Prof diet subscription.
What does DIETPROF.COM PLAN mean?
DIETPROF.COM PLAN is also a payment for your Diet Prof diet subscription.
If you see this wording on your statement, it belongs to the same service as DIETPROF SUBSCRIPTION — it is not a different service or a second charge.
You can view your subscription and payment history on the Services page in your profile.
Why was this charge made?
Diet Prof packages are subscriptions. You benefit from an introductory discounted rate on your first payment. When the period of the package you purchased ends, unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis at the standard price, charged to the card you used for your first payment.
This is why the amount on your statement may differ from your first payment. You can see the current amount and the renewal date from your profile.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the current term ends, no new charge is made.

- Recipes with ingredients, quantities and calories
- Daily and weekly shopping list
- Meal reminders and meal swapping
- Dietitian support
- Analysis results, change graphs and timeline
How do you view your subscription?
- Sign in to your account at dietprof.com
- Open the Services page
On this page you see your active package, period dates and past payments. You can download your invoice from the receipt icon next to each payment.
How do you cancel your subscription?
Cancellation is done from your profile with a single click; there is no need to write to us.
- Sign in to your account
- Open the Services page
- Click the cancel button in the Subscription Management section
- Answer Yes to the confirmation question and click Confirm Cancellation
Your cancellation is processed immediately. You continue using your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and no new charge is made to your card afterwards.
Refund terms
Under applicable consumer legislation, digital services that are delivered instantly after purchase are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Because your diet plan is created and assigned to your account the moment payment is completed, refunds cannot be issued for subscription fees.
Even if you cancel your subscription, you continue to benefit from all features until the end of the period you have paid for.
