From the test to your diet list: Diet Prof in 4 steps
Diet Prof works in four steps from start to finish: a free body analysis, seeing your analysis results, creating an account and choosing a package, and using your personalised diet programme in your profile. Everything is done online, from any device; you do not need an appointment, a visit or a waiting period. Below we explain what happens at each step, what you will see, and how the programme continues afterwards.
Timing: The analysis test takes about 2 minutes. Once your payment is complete, your diet list is prepared instantly and is waiting in your profile.
Step 1: Free body analysis test
Everything starts with the Online Diet Test. You fill it in without registering and without entering any card details. The questions progress in 12 steps, and each one directly affects your programme:
- Gender – calorie and metabolism calculations use different formulas for each gender.
- Your goal – losing weight, gaining weight or maintaining your current weight.
- Your goal weight – the weight you want to reach; your timeline is built from it.
- Height and weight – your body mass index is calculated instantly at this step and shown on a gauge.
- Chronic conditions – if you have any, the programme is prepared with them in mind.
- A normal day – whether it is spent at a desk, on your feet or on the move.
- Physical activity – whether you do sport and how often; this determines your daily calorie need.
- Your habits – daily eating habits such as water intake, sleep and snacking.
- Your meal times – how many meals you eat and when; your list is built around your routine, so you do not have to adapt to the list.
- Personal details – your age and contact details; age is used in the basal metabolism calculation.
- Calculation – the information you gave is brought together.
- Result – your analysis screen opens.
If you tick a step incorrectly during the test, you can go back and correct it. All information is used only to prepare your programme.
Step 2: See your analysis results
As soon as the test ends, and without paying anything, your Analysis Result screen opens. Here you see:
- Body Mass Index (BMI) – the range you are in according to your height and weight.
- Basal Metabolic Rate – the daily energy your body uses at rest.
- Your ideal weight – the healthy weight range for your height.
- Your daily water need – in litres.
- Your timelines – in how many days you will reach your goal weight and your ideal weight if you follow the programme.
- Areas affected – the expected change in the belly, hips, legs, arms and chest.
This screen is free and does not require registration. The personalised diet list, recipes, shopping list and dietitian support open at the next step, when you choose a plan.
Step 3: Create an account and choose your package
With the Register button on the analysis screen you create your profile. A name, an e-mail address and a password are enough; when you click the verification link sent to your e-mail, your account is ready. Then, on the Packages page, you see duration options from weekly to 6 months and the current price for your country.
Our packages are subscription packages: your programme stays active for the duration you choose and renews automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel. This is stated clearly on the package selection screen and in the pre-contract information you confirm before payment. You can see your renewal date and amount at any time on the Services page of your profile, and cancel with a single click.
Payment is made through a secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification, where your card details are never stored on our system. The moment payment is complete, your diet list is created and you are taken straight to your profile; there is no e-mail or approval to wait for.
Step 4: Use your diet programme in your profile
Your profile is the place where you manage the whole of your diet process. When you first open it after payment, your list is ready. The pages you will use most:
- Diet Plan – your list day by day and meal by meal. Clicking on a meal opens its ingredients, quantities, preparation and calories. You replace a meal you do not like instantly with the change icon, keeping the same calorie balance.
- Shopping List – all ingredients for the day or week you select are listed automatically with their quantities.
- Meal Reminder – sends your meal times to your Google Calendar; a notification reaches your phone at every meal.
- Dietitian Support – you write your question after choosing a subject, see the reply on the same page and can continue the conversation.
- Analysis Results and Change Graphs – your BMI, metabolism, calorie and water values, and the change in your weight over time.
- Test Results – if you enter your blood values, the dietitian team can see them and adjust your list.
- Diet Settings and Form Information – you update the number and times of your meals, your weight and your goal yourself.
- Download Diet Plan – you can download your programme as a PDF, print it and use it without an internet connection.
- Services – your subscription, your invoices and one-click cancellation.
How are your meals chosen?
The meals on your list are not random; they pass through three filters. First, your country and language: meals are chosen from the cuisine of the country you live in and from ingredients available in its shops. Then, calorie and meal balance: each meal is chosen according to its share of your daily calorie target and its category, such as breakfast, snack or dinner. Finally, your personal information: your chronic conditions, habits and the preferences you report to the dietitian team are reflected in the list. Every meal comes with a photo, ingredient quantities and step-by-step preparation; if you do not like a meal, Change Meal brings another option that keeps the same balance.
Which diet types do we offer?
Diet Prof is not tied to a single diet approach. Depending on your goal, health status and lifestyle, one of the types below, or a combination of several, is prepared specifically for you. You can state your preference at the start or send it later from the Dietitian Support page in your profile; our dietitian team adjusts your list to the type you choose.
- Balanced / classic diet – A calorie-controlled programme that includes all food groups and can be sustained for a long time. The most preferred and easiest type to follow.
- Intermittent fasting (IF) – A routine in which you eat during certain hours of the day and pause eating for the rest. Your meal times and number of meals are set according to this window.
- Ketogenic diet – A programme that lowers carbohydrates and increases healthy fats, putting fat burning first. The list is prepared around this balance.
- Breastfeeding / pregnancy nutrition – Calories are not cut in this period; a routine rich in protein, iron, calcium and vitamins is built, with the number of meals kept. We ask you to get your doctor's approval before starting.
- Mediterranean diet – A heart-friendly eating model based on olive oil, fish, vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
- Vegetarian / vegan nutrition – A programme without meat, or without any animal products, balanced with plant protein.
- Weight gain and muscle building – A programme with a calorie surplus and high protein, aimed at increasing muscle mass; it can be arranged around your training days.
- Detox and de-bloating nutrition – A short-term routine that reduces salt and processed food and increases water, vegetables and fibre, aiming to reduce water retention.
- Gluten-free nutrition – A programme without wheat, barley and rye, prepared for people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, or anyone who wants to reduce gluten.
Whichever type you choose, the meals come from the cuisine of the country you live in and from ingredients that are easy to find in shops; you do not need special or expensive products. If you have a chronic condition, take medication or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the programme.
How does the programme update with you?
Your diet list does not stay fixed for the whole period. As your weight changes, you enter your current weight on the Form Information page and your programme is recalculated according to your new values. When you enter a new week, your profile reminds you to update your weight. When your subscription renews, a new programme is created for the new period based on your values on that day. So the list you received on day one at 80 kilos is not the same list when you have reached 72; it changes with you. When you reach your goal, a maintenance programme is again prepared specifically for you.
Where is the dietitian team in the process?
Your programme is calculated from the information you give; our dietitian team stands behind you throughout the process. They review your test results when you enter them, adjust your list when you report foods you do not eat or allergies, and go over your programme when you cannot see the progress you expected. All of this communication runs through the Dietitian Support page in your profile, and your past conversations stay there.
