What is in Diet Prof?

Diet Prof is much more than a diet list handed to you: it is a system that brings every step of the diet process together in one profile, from analysis to shopping, from meal reminders to dietitian communication. On this page we explain every feature one by one, with what it does and how it is used. If you would like to see how the programme progresses from start to finish, see the How Does Diet Prof Work? page.

In short: free body analysis · monthly personalised diet programme · recipes · Change Meal · Shopping List · Meal Reminder · Dietitian Support · analysis and change graphs · timeline · test tracking · PDF download · one-click subscription management.

1. Body analysis test

Where everything begins. The 12-step test asks your height, weight, age, goal, daily routine, activity, habits, chronic conditions and meal times. At the end, your body mass index, basal metabolic rate, daily calorie and water needs, ideal weight and the time to reach your goal are calculated. The test is free, requires no registration and takes two minutes. You can try the test right now.

2. Monthly personalised diet programme

The programme prepared from your analysis appears day by day and meal by meal on the Diet Plan page of your profile. Your calorie target is distributed across meals, and the number and times of meals are set to your routine. The programme does not stay fixed for the period: it is recalculated as your weight changes, and when your subscription renews a new programme is created for the new period from your current values. In other words, the list changes with you.

3. Recipes, quantities and photos

When you click on any meal on your list, its ingredients and quantities (how many grams, pieces or spoons), step-by-step preparation, calorie value and photo open. The question "how is this cooked, how much do I use?" disappears. Meals are chosen from the cuisine of the country you live in and from ingredients that are easy to find in shops.

4. Change Meal

Our users' favourite feature. If a meal on your list does not suit you that day, you do not feel like it, or you do not have the ingredients, you click the change icon next to the meal; another meal from the same category (breakfast, snack, dinner) and in line with the calorie balance of your programme appears instantly. Your diet is not disrupted and you do not go hungry. You can change as many times as needed until you like the result; there is a daily change limit that resets the next day.

5. Shopping List

The ingredients you need to buy for the meals on your diet list are worked out automatically. There are two views: daily (the ingredients for that day) and weekly (to do a whole week's shopping in one go). Quantities are shown too, so you never wonder "how much should I buy?" at the shop. You can also see which meal each ingredient is used in and go straight to the recipe.

6. Meal Reminder

Even if you forget, Diet Prof reminds you. When you click the "Define My Meals" button on the Meal Reminder page, your meal times are transferred to your Google Calendar and a notification reaches your phone at every meal. When you change your meal times, the reminders follow the new times. Regular meals are the hardest part of a diet; this feature steps in exactly there.

7. Dietitian Support

From the Dietitian Support page of your profile you create a new request, choose the subject and write your question. Your request goes directly to the relevant unit according to its subject; you see the reply on the same page and can continue the conversation. All your past requests and replies are kept there. Whether it is foods you do not eat, allergies, training-related needs or not seeing the progress you expected, our team reviews and adjusts your list.

8. Analysis Results

The values calculated in the test are always at hand in your profile: body mass index, basal metabolic rate, daily calorie need, daily water need, ideal weight and goal weight. As you update your form information, these values update too.

9. Change Graphs

The change in your weight, body mass index and other measurements over time is shown on a graph. With your weekly weight entries you follow your progress concretely; the biggest source of motivation is seeing the graph move in the right direction.

10. Timeline

The calendar that shows how long it will take you to reach your goal. You see two separate calculations: in how many days you will reach the goal weight you set yourself, and the ideal weight for your height. The calculation assumes that you follow the programme and is based on a healthy rate of weight loss.

11. Test Results

You can enter your blood test values (glucose, HbA1c, B12, vitamin D, iron and iron-binding capacity, ferritin, cholesterol, liver and kidney values and more) in your profile. The values you enter are reviewed by our dietitian team and your list is adjusted if necessary. Entering test results is not compulsory. This information is used only to prepare your nutrition programme more precisely; it does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

12. Diet Settings and Form Information

The two pages where you shape the programme to yourself. In Diet Settings you set the number and times of your meals; if you do not want a snack you turn it off, and you move your breakfast time to fit your working day. In Form Information you update your height, weight, goal weight, activity level and habits; your programme is recalculated according to your new values. When you enter a new week, your profile reminds you to update your weight.

13. Download Diet Plan (PDF)

You can download your programme as a PDF, print it, keep it on your phone and use it even without an internet connection. A list on the fridge door is still one of the best reminders.

14. Services and one-click subscription management

On the Services page you see your package, your renewal date and amount, and download the invoices of your past payments from the receipt icon. With the cancel button in the Subscription Management section you cancel your subscription with a single click, without writing to us; the process completes instantly and all features stay open until the end of the period you paid for. Transparency is a feature for us: you can always see what you paid and when it renews.

15. Multilingual, with your country's cuisine

Diet Prof is used in many countries and languages. Meals come from the cuisine of the country you live in and are prepared with ingredients found in your shops; the recipes and the whole profile are in your own language. When you change country, your meals are adapted to your new country.

16. Diet types

Diet Prof is not tied to a single diet approach. Depending on your goal, health status and lifestyle, one of the types below, or a combination of several, is prepared specifically for you. You can state your preference at the start or send it later from the Dietitian Support page in your profile; our dietitian team adjusts your list to the type you choose.

  • Balanced / classic diet – A calorie-controlled programme that includes all food groups and can be sustained for a long time. The most preferred and easiest type to follow.
  • Intermittent fasting (IF) – A routine in which you eat during certain hours of the day and pause eating for the rest. Your meal times and number of meals are set according to this window.
  • Ketogenic diet – A programme that lowers carbohydrates and increases healthy fats, putting fat burning first. The list is prepared around this balance.
  • Breastfeeding / pregnancy nutrition – Calories are not cut in this period; a routine rich in protein, iron, calcium and vitamins is built, with the number of meals kept. We ask you to get your doctor's approval before starting.
  • Mediterranean diet – A heart-friendly eating model based on olive oil, fish, vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
  • Vegetarian / vegan nutrition – A programme without meat, or without any animal products, balanced with plant protein.
  • Weight gain and muscle building – A programme with a calorie surplus and high protein, aimed at increasing muscle mass; it can be arranged around your training days.
  • Detox and de-bloating nutrition – A short-term routine that reduces salt and processed food and increases water, vegetables and fibre, aiming to reduce water retention.
  • Gluten-free nutrition – A programme without wheat, barley and rye, prepared for people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, or anyone who wants to reduce gluten.

Whichever type you choose, the meals come from the cuisine of the country you live in and from ingredients that are easy to find in shops; you do not need special or expensive products. If you have a chronic condition, take medication or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the programme.

17. Security and privacy

Your card details are not stored on our system; payments are made through a payment infrastructure with international security standards and 3D Secure verification. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (SSL). Your health information is used only to prepare your diet programme and is not shared with third parties for marketing. For details, see our Privacy Policy page.

Which feature comes with which package?

The body analysis test and the analysis results are free for everyone. All the other features above come with your active subscription for the duration of the package you choose; there is no difference in features between packages, only in duration. You can see the options from weekly to 6 months and the current price for your country on the Packages page.
